Massage modality
Sports Massage
Targeted work to prepare, recover, and prevent injury for active bodies.
Typical session: 60–90 min
A series of maneuvers to prepare the tissues before activity and treat them afterward. It activates fluid circulation and accelerates the elimination of waste and toxins, using techniques such as vibration, percussion, kneading and friction. Done 6–24 hours or 15 minutes before activity, or in the first 30 minutes after, it eliminates myalgia and peripheral muscle adhesion — and gives athletes the confidence they need to compete.
