Massage modality
Deep Tissue Massage
Firm, focused pressure that targets deep muscle knots and chronic tension.
Typical session: 60–90 min
A technique that uses a slow, smooth rhythm with strong pressure, focused especially on the areas where tension and pain concentrate. It is ideal for people with chronic tension and contractures — the neck, lower back and shoulders, though any part of the body can be treated. It removes the adhesions behind chronic pain and restores normal mobility, and also supports recovery after a fracture, sprain or connective-tissue injury.

- Repetitive-strain tightness
- Limited range of motion
