Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Light, rhythmic strokes that reduce fluid retention and support recovery.

Typical session: 60 min
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A technique performed with the hands through very smooth, slow and repetitive movements that favor the circulation of lymph — improving edema, inflammation and fluid retention. Because the lymphatic system works closely with the immune system, manual lymphatic drainage improves overall health and is another way to strengthen your immunity, with very good results for edema (pregnancy, facial, post-operative, and more).

Good for

  • Fluid retention
  • Swollen legs
  • Post-surgery recovery (with clearance)
  • Post-travel puffiness

Good to know

  • Active infection
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Blood clots (DVT)
