Electrical Stimulation
Gentle electrical pulses to relieve pain and activate muscles.
Typical session: 15–30 min
A great complement to any fitness, injury-prevention, post-surgical or athletic-recovery routine, as well as injury rehabilitation. Through the involuntary contraction of different muscle groups, the body releases endorphins with an analgesic effect — bringing immediate relief (it varies per person), strengthening muscle tone, and allowing better mobility.
